2 Eligibility and Registration

Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Process
When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. Each person may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3 Account Management
3.1 Login and Password Security
Keeping your kc33 account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. 3.2 Account Closure and Suspension

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at kc33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount for any winnings is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
Important: Withdrawals must be sent to the same account from which the original deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions made in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate may apply, which may result in a slight difference.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kc33 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be used only once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Bets placed with bonus funds may apply to specific game categories.
- kc33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
- If wagering is not completed within the applicable time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
kc33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play and activity.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operation
All games available on kc33 are supplied by trusted providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Games are operated under fair play principles and every outcome is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors
